ha....I have not gained much extra muscle.

Well, this was definitely not a weight loss week. Started off with my birthday on Saturday so that entire weekend was full of chinese food and steaks, then this week I got to work a lot of overtime at work so stress levels were a bit high as well. As for time to workout, my friends came over 1 night, another night my old co-worker from the game store came by to talk about the apartments since he is going to be moving in below me, and last night, well, last night I got a PSP and went out to eat / hang out with my sister since she is off to college next week. Not a whole lot of time to be had for working out. I did end up getting a bike from my girlfriend's dad, but it used to be red....now it's pink since its kinda old. But evidently I can just ride her bike instead (men's, blue, mountain bike) but we need to buy a new seat for it.
As for the coming week, Sunday I am going off to the beach with my and my best friend's family and tomorrow I have to move beds from my apartment to and from my house. But the weekdays I should be able to start some kind of workout.
