cy, I need to start cardio and I believe then I will be getting some better results. To "help" I am getting the Nike Plus shoes to go with my ipod and a bike in a very bike friendly area. After I reach my "target" on friday, I am going to move this jazz to once a week updates.

how Fun is wiifit Jao? you're only gonna lose weight if wiifit actually simulate cardiovascular training. So my guess would be 1.5 lbs loss...... :)

The games themselves are pretty fun but not worth the price of admission (for fun at least)

YAY -1 right! right? no.... if you remember me saying it, wii fit sucks at math, technically, I gained 0.2 pounds if you look at the first post.


So now, it will be weekly updates on Friday mornings. My new goal is 10 pounds in 1 month. (I think, I'm pretty tired) The bike never got to me this week but I can run at any time, so each week I'll talk about the exercises I did.

So yea, that is it, failure, go home now.

How much time does it take you to complete each exercise? It looks good but you could do alot of things out there that can really help you shrink down. 15 min and run 2 mile atleast.

Well, this was definitely not a weight loss week. Started off with my birthday on Saturday so that entire weekend was full of chinese food and steaks, then this week I got to work a lot of overtime at work so stress levels were a bit high as well. As for time to workout, my friends came over 1 night, another night my old co-worker from the game store came by to talk about the apartments since he is going to be moving in below me, and last night, well, last night I got a PSP and went out to eat / hang out with my sister since she is off to college next week. Not a whole lot of time to be had for working out. I did end up getting a bike from my girlfriend's dad, but it used to be red....now it's pink since its kinda old. But evidently I can just ride her bike instead (men's, blue, mountain bike) but we need to buy a new seat for it.

As for the coming week, Sunday I am going off to the beach with my and my best friend's family and tomorrow I have to move beds from my apartment to and from my house. But the weekdays I should be able to start some kind of workout.

Another non-healthy week for food, not a lot of sleep either. Been riding the bike to work and back, but that hasnt done much for cardio, just gaining back some muscle in my legs.
