Maybe one of us moved that thread accidentally at some point, leaving the shadow topic. That's the only reason I can think of outside a good old fashioned glitch.

The topic is still there. The diagonal arrow in the corner displays that the topic was moved, so it is indeed a shadow topic. Atleast it isn't showing up doubled on the front page.

If you all remember 3PK, he was banned a fair while back for (I think) it was having two accounts under the same IP address. The other account was that of his brother's (and I'm speaking the complete truth), so he was unfairly banished from this forum. Now he would like to come back, and seeing that he can't talk on here himself he's asking through myself. He would greatly appreciate it if he were given another chance.

Dear Jae,
I am sincerely regretful and sorry for my actions in the past; they were in a stage of prepubescent immaturity. In due course, that is now, i have learnt the manners and respect of a far more competent man, and i would like nothing more then to share the experience of game loving with other NLSC members. I feel as though the ban, which I have served without complaining for the last two years+ (approximately), should be removed as a matter of moral acceptance. Please, you can have me on a patrol or probationary sentencing; that is, if i stuff up, I’m out if you so desire.
As you are probably aware I have made another account because I felt it necessary to communicate with you directly, I beg that you accept my return to this forum, I have a lot to learn from the astute comments which come in abundance on this forum. You highlighted my previous ignorance, and I accept that many mistakes were made in the past but please allow me to roam these forums. If you are not happy with me posting can you at least discuss it with me before banning me because I hope we can resolve this with brain's not stupidity. I am genuinely sorry, and I hope you can forgive me because, in the end we can only learn from our mistakes.

I don't remember you, I'm not even sure it was me who banned you. There's one thing I need to clear up though; since you are a returning banned poster, if you were allowed to come back I wouldn't have to discuss anything with you since you'd be on probation and basically one stupid move away from being gone. Also, your ban appeal hasn't been accepted yet you're already posting again? These aren't working in your favor. I'll do some research on why you were banned initially and get back to you.

Thanks Jae, I've got it working, and again I appreciate your support.

P.s. For the record I was officially banned for having two accounts, which is information that could only be attained because two accounts were accessed from my IP address. Well thats how my banning was justified. I have red the terms and understand in full what my rights, responsibilities and roles are on the forum and will not make the same mistake again.

Dear Moderators,
I'm getting Private Messages from TheDee and Dragon4 stating that I am sending PM's to them and there is almost a cycle of people who believe that other people are sending them PM's. I think you may want to check this one out. I'm not sure if a) my account has been hacked or b) if there is a problem with PM sending or c) if someone is accidently sending PM's to more then one person. Just a bit suspicious so I thought I'd let you know!
