Indeed, it has made for a cool story and sporting moment. Of course, the critique of Tyler Ennis probably still stands.

Well apparently, Ennis sees the hate. And he won't hesitate to block you online.

I see where he is coming from in this article, but still... he isn't exactly the gem of LA.

Yeah, I can't blame him for that one, the way people lose their manners online and take things to the extreme.

The solid play of Caruso all year and even the performance of GPII this last game made me question the need for Ennis at all this year

Rumors of trading for Leonard. How would this work? They traded everybody away for cap space so this wouldn't work if the Spurs want something other than cap space or luol deng lol

Scares me they could do like a sign and trade for Randle

I highly doubt the Spurs would give up Kawhi to a Western conference team. If he is being traded he's going east.

R.I.P. Lonzo Ball's career.

Looks like Cousins is going to the Lakers, no way LeBron would have signed with them if another superstar wasn't coming.
Spurs apparently not in a rush to panic trade Kawhi.

If Cousins do end up with the Lakers, goodbye Randle.

So much for the saying lbj wont leave the east and will take the easy way or shortcut to the finals.

Reminds me of Wilt who joined the Lakers near the end of career. Similarity doesnt end there. What if LBJ didnt join the Heat? Wouldnt we be remembering him as a shit player like Wilt while Curry/Durant would be regarded as Bill Russell the true better player despite Wilt was vastly superior and forget Bill was playing with roster consists of only the HOFs.

Anyways, congrats Lakers fans. Now you know what it feels to acquire LBJ on your team though this isnt 2010 Heat young LBJ.

I don't understand how all these Lakers fans are upset. Isn't that the goal of free agency, to sign the best player?

I played Live 18 last night with manually updated rosters and man the LeBron and Randle pick and roll is deadly. Almost a guarantee to get to the rim. It was a lot of fun

I am a little worried about Randle with all these signings, especially KCP for $12 million. If McGee and Stephenson got minimum deals, there's like maybe $12 million left for Randle. He could go with the qualifying offer and get paid next year which would give us more cap room now and allow us to go over the cap to sign him next year. It's good that Dallas signed DeAndre so it's less likely Randle will go there.

Damn, Lakers renounce Julius. I’m gonna miss that dude if they don’t bring him back. If he keeps that same level of energy with which he played last season he’ll be an all star down the line.

Hopefully this means Kawhi? Or probably Cousins? What a roller coaster.

Edit: what the fuck is going on, Rondo to the Lakers?

What is this the all time clown team??

I have no words to describe how much I hate magic right now lol

Rondo, like Doc Rivers has been living off of lucking into the Celtics super team. I hate him so much.

Randle will be a 20 and 10 guy wherever he goes. Maybe we get lucky and he has no takers so he comes back for the 3 or 5 mil or whatever's left.

There really isn't much money left so they will probably overpay another vet to ride the bench for a year.

Once they got LeBron, the plan seemed to be going all in on one year deals to have money for Kawhi next year which sucks because no quality free agent is willing to sign a one year deal to be a rental to keep kawhi's money warm. That's how we got an all time clown team. Might as well sign Dwight after he gets bought out

Rondo the type of player Kobe wanted to play with though. Dude has basketball smarts, there’s no doubt about that.

Just this team is so...random?

McGee/James/Ingram/KCP/Ball
?/Kuzma/Lance/Hart/Rondo

Is that the depth chart so far without the rookies this year? What in heavens name. I hope they resign Brook, he’s a stretch 5 at least. Ingram/Kuz and Hart weren’t atrocious shooters last year I suppose. It’s just what the heck.

All the younguns Kobe hugged during his last game are gone. D-Lo, Randle and Clarkson gone.

Could it also be the Spurs agreed to Ball/Kuzma/Hart and picks for Kawhi?

Still doesn't make sense to trade for him if you can sign him outright. That seems to be the plan with all these one year deals.

I can see mo Wagner in the backup 5 spot. Also, Josh Hart was the best shooter on the team last year. The bad shooting seemed to not be as big of a problem at they made it out to be as Ingram was shooting well (from 3 but not the FT line lol) and KCP shockingly shot 38% from 3.

These jokers they brought in better not stunt the growth of the young guys. I cringe at the thought of KCP getting minutes that could be given to Hart or Ingram. Rondo taking minutes from Ball.
