Is Lebron James a future Legend??

Sure he plays well in High School, but does he have what it takes to make it in the NBA??

Your opinions on this and also how long will it take him to get to his best??

He could become a star (who knows how big.. could be at the lesser level like Jalen Rose, Mashburn, etc, or bigger) but I doubt straight away.

I think he will have a few promising seasons, then a breakout season when he fully gets used to the NBA game and reaches his full potential. Kobe has been in the league for 7 years and he still getting better.

It's too early to tell. Can he handle the grind of the NBA season?

I just want to ask a question, why do everybody expect soo much about a high school kid that still did not prove anything?

Everyone expects so much out of him because he's got so much potential. You rarely see 6'8 high school kids with his court vision and overall basketball skills. In your mind the kid may not have proven anything because there isn't really a forum for him to do so (No matter what he does in high school people like you won't think that he's proven anything until he gets to the NBA which isn't a rediculous attitude). However, when he practiced with the Cavs I'm sure he proved something to them and their coach(who says that the suspension was worth it in order to see this kid up close and personal).

I don't believe Kwamee ever practiced with a pro team before he was drafted. Kwame also didn't have this amount of hype surounding him. Plus who says kwame's done maturing?

Yeah he is really stinking it up. I mean everybody should expect soo much more from a teenager. Kwame is playing great for someone of his age and maturity. He has just been through puberty and your expecting him to put up Tim Duncan numbers every night. Take Jermaine O'Neal for example. How long did he struggle to get his game together before becoming a star. Kwame is younger and better than Jermaine was. If Brown can get some consistent minutes and starts he will be playing great in no time.

Earlier this season Amare was supposed to be nothing but a bust...unlike Kwame who had "matured into a great Power Forward". All the High Skewlers not drafted in 1995 or 2002 should've gone to college.
