Are they going to beat the Cavs? Hell no. But I sure as hell appreciate rooting for a Raptors team that can actually win some games
Edit: Contract details per Sham is near 100 million for 3 years.

Compared to last offseason, it seems that a few more prominent players that were heavily rumoured to move on are actually staying put.

These are good signings. I'm very surprised it's a short term contract for Lowry. I thought after Griffin got that 7yr that set the market for the rest
