If Jrue Holiday can make an all-star game, Kemba certainly can.

106-73 for HEAT

Dragic 25 points on 11/17 from the field, Tyler Johnson got out at the end to play for a bit.

On the Hornets' side, Walker just 9 points on 3/16 shooting (+3 FT), Kaminsky had 12 as their best scorer.

A disappointing way to go out after they came roaring back from an 0-2 deficit at the beginning of the series, but the Hornets still had some impressive outings. Easily their best season since the original Hornets were in town, hopefully they're not one and done in that regard.

Hornets had a hard time defending Dragic down the stretch in Game 6, looks like it continued in Game 7

apparently the Heat complained to the league about Lin (thanks to the video?) and Kemba leading in FTA in the series. Did that sway the refs for Game 7?

I dont know about Kemba. He is probably close to all star caliber player. But its kinda tricky to build a great team with him being the first option. It probably requires way too much. 'Good' is definitely possible like you are seeing with Hornets but to build a great team would be very tough. Perhaps he is idealy second or third option, you are good to go. I honestly dont think he is all that better than Lin even for the Hornets.

Btw, Batum less Hornets definitely fought better against the Heat. Interesting.

Lee was a huge pickup, especially with the mkg injury. Batum could be expendable but they seriously need a low post scorer and/or defensive prescence

Batum is going to cost near the new max salary. hard to replace his multitude of skills at the SF position.
