I am new here and don't really know what all is going on, but let me start off by saying that I am a Lakers fan all the way. I love them, can't get enough. But I have to agree that Kobe is a bit spoiled, and for good reason I might add. He is a fantastic player and that's not just an opinion. I pray that Kobe doesn't leave the team but at this point it looks like it could be a reality. Like my motto is Kobe doesn't need the Lakers, the Lakers need Kobe. I think D. Fisher will be a great to the Lakers. Lately they have been a huge disappointment. Hopefully things will turn around next season.

Also, has anyone heard anything about the whole Team USA thing? I hear that practice starts soon, but I never hear any chatter on it. Just wonder if there are any fans in here.

if u read my previous posts, u know i give tons of credit to kobe, maybe more than u kobe lovers.
in fact, i was pwnt by most cuz i said kobe is more of player than nash is. for instance, i think canadian team would have more chance if they had kobe instead of nash. (here it comes, nash supporters!)
kobe seems like a loser now but he already prooved he can be a tremendous part & mix of championship formula
even now, i think kobe & shaq(tho he's hella old!) combo has more shot at gold medal than bron, melo, wade combo since they prooved to be so efficient...
kobe is just awesome and almost flawless SG, no doubt
but wut sux is his attitude...

lol dude calm down. Do you even know why Kobe demanded a trade in the 1st time? It was because Mitch and Jerry Buss freakin lied to Kobe, sayin that they won't rebuild and everything. They passed up so many trade possibilities like Artest, Baron Davis, Boozer... its just sick, just because of their cap space plan. And he has a shitty roster that he has to score every single point. Maybe Kobe is a lil selfish but he has a pretty damn good reason to be.

The reason They are willing to listen to Paul Pierce is because he is nowhere near the pain in the ass the kobe has been.

Kobe has screamed bloody murder ever year the past 4 years. Now people are tired of hearing it. I for one would like to see Jerry Buss say, okay kobe, youre gone. I still can't actually believe the Lakers traded Caron Butler(who was the only Laker in the 04-05 season that was able to coexist with Kobe) for Krummy Brown. Ron Artest, Brian Grant, Caron Butler, and Jordan Farmar for Shaq is actually a good trade.
