Just a gut feeling, but I don't see Kobe and Artest getting along, though it'll be the "Jordan" and "Pippen" of the 2000's... nonetheless, it'd be an excellent trade for the Pacers if it does go through.

i wouldnt do the odom for artest trade

artest has stated that everytime he sees a mismatch, he goes for it, which interrupts the flow of the offense

not hating, but the lakers already have kobe bryant who does that (not necessarily a bad thing) -- throwing artest in there will mess it up even more.

although he's not very consistent, strangely enough odom is a decent complement to kobe bryant. he's unselfish and knows where to give kobe and his teammates the ball.

hey I do recall Lamar was supposed to be the "Pippen"-type point forward on the team. hell, they even brought Pippen in to tutor him in training camp. good job Lakers if they do pull this off. Lamar would do better on the Pacers.

Kobe did really nice job vs dallas and vs memphis so he isn`t that bad at all

Not in NBA Live. I played with him last night against the Warriors, and he got 3 quick fouls in the first quarter, and every time he came back on, he recieved a foul within a minute, and I wasn't even controlling him. I put him back on with 5 fouls, and he gets injured. It's ok, though, the team actually played better without him and I still won by 2 points.

You're missing the point, Bosh will probably be free agent the year Lakers have a ton of cap space. But knowing that retard of a GM up north, he could very well trade him for McKie straight up.
