I think all players from the whole nba era.

I think all factors should be taken into account when talking about not only stats but what the player in question did for the game of basketball in a matter of speaking.

Yeah i think only stats to be used for the games/seasons played in that number is the fairest way to decide as per say if Jordan had of worn #6 for 2 games would that make him the best player to ever wear that number?? Probably....lol

I think 24 hours is long enough per number as that will still take 99 days to do and should help with the lonnnggggg summer wait till the season rolls around again.

I'm in favour of "majority of their career" criteria. Otherwise, you could mark down MJ as a candidate for #12, in addition to #23 and #45.
