MIAMI— Imagine all the disgruntled fans if the Miami Heat landed another future Hall of Famer.
It's possible after what Phoenix Suns guard Steve Nash said Thursday during a radio interview. He discussed the possibility of joining the Heat next season while on the Dan Patrick Show.
Nash, 38, is a free agent this summer. The two-time NBA MVP said he could see himself playing alongside LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.
"I'd listen," Nash said. "[James] is phenomenal. I love what they're doing there. A lot of people don't like them because they put all that talent together. But they're professional, they play hard, they play together. Their coaching staff has done a great [job]."
The Heat drew criticism when Bosh and James joined Wade in the summer of 2010. Nash is still playing at a high level despite his age. He is averaging 12 points and a league-leading 11 assists.
Nash has yet to win a title in 16 seasons. He said he would not return to Phoenix unless he is surrounded by a team that could compete for a championship.
"I'm not coming back to the Suns if there isn't improvement," Nash said during the interview.

DAMN IT! I WISH HE was the one that was getting the rest over Lebron. Wade just can't buy a break this season.
