Probably , I bellieve Red Aubreach did that when he handled the coaching spot to Bill Rusell

Didn't realize that. Ok, except that or Bill Russell too (I think he retired after winning a championship as player-coach).

The Celtics could have three or four players in the All-Star game. Are there any teams with more in the last 30 years or so?

I think in 100 years from now he will still be the only player to do that (Y)

The Pistons had 4 in 2006 (Billups, Hamilton, Wallace, Wallace)

Which of course led to the great Cheryl Miller quote, "Forget the dunk contest, 2-Ball is here to stay!"

A question that speaks volumes about the event.

Probably a stupid question, but are you allowed to jump while shooting a freethrow?

As long as you don't cross the free throw line, sure.

That said, it's not common. I'm sure there have been professional players that have done it but they've been few and far between in the modern era.

Actually, it's leave the upper half circle with the diameter of the circle being defined by the free throw line.

You can't go out to the three point line and shoot from there. But you can stand all the way to the right or left within the half circle. Or as Van Exel did two feet back from the line.

Crap. I'm a better shooter over there. :D I'm a horrible free throw shooter. I had six free throws in my game on Saturday, I only made one and I was 2-3 from outside.

Thanks guys. (Y)

If you're like Wilt, you can just jump from the FT line and do a dunk/layup. That is if they allow such a thing in your league games.

Scroll down to Miscellaneous Statistics, it's PW and PL. Determined by MOV so if you rank by that you'll see the order of Win%.

Interesting. Liking what I see there definitely.

LOL @ Laker's 6.6% on WIN FINALS while SAS & MIA have great chances. I guess the list is based on unchanged roster both injury and trade wise.

It's based on past probability in the model which then gets improved with each season. I wish Justin would leave up the old ones but I think this page is just generated automatically.
