Thank you
Lamrock. For once, you finally make some sense.

Good thing he wasn't traded to Charlotte. That trade idea was the stupidest fucking thing I've ever seen.
Tue Aug 03, 2010 10:35 am
Why? Right now their options at the PG position are DJ Augustin (who's basically an extremely undersized 2 guard) and Shaun Livingston (who sucked before he obliterated his knee). Calderon would probably be healthier next season, likely defend better in the Bobcats' system, and give the team something it sorely lacked last season: a decent offensive player.

Are there any teams that they got 8th seed at playoffs and became NBA champs?
Wed Aug 04, 2010 3:20 am
No. The lowest seeded team to win a championship was the '95 Rockets, who were the 6th seed.

The trade would have brought yet ANOTHER crappy C to Charlotte (Dwayne Jones in addition to Alexis Ajinca, Desagana Diop, and Nazr Mohammed

), while we send Tyson Chandler and Boris Diaw away. That makes the Dallas-Charlotte trade look good.

Nothing makes a salary dump that deals a useful player away for two useless ones who end up making more than said useful player look good. Nazi Mohammed is good and Jones is a non-factor. Would you really rather have Diaw, Carroll and Najera's anchor contracts than Calderon and Dwyane Jones?

Who in your opinion is the greatest PG slasher? (all time and current nba)
Tony Parker maybe?
Thu Aug 19, 2010 8:52 pm
Start a new thread, that's opinion.
And silly.
Fri Aug 20, 2010 1:00 pm
Magic Johnson. Derrick Rose. Just to get this silliness over.
Fri Aug 20, 2010 1:55 pm
Probably Oscar Robertson or Nate Archibald. By slasher I guess you mean dribble penetration.

Pdub wrote:penetration.
If that's the case, it's still Magic Johnson. Other one would be Delonte West.
Fri Aug 20, 2010 2:02 pm
What the hell is a slasher then? Somebody who cuts without the ball? Someone who isn't a jumpshooter?
Fri Aug 20, 2010 2:05 pm
Just Google "penetration" Pdub and click Images. Magic Johnson and Delonte West! Yeah!

Is there an actual reason behind Ben Wallace's 42% career free throws?
Sat Aug 21, 2010 9:24 am
Other than the reason that he sucks shooting FT's?
Sat Aug 21, 2010 9:42 am
Yes, other than the reason that he sucks at FT's.
Sat Aug 21, 2010 11:56 am
He doesn't have a good shooting touch. Nothing remarkable about it, he just happens to be much worse than most.
Sat Aug 21, 2010 6:05 pm
Like he said it himself, he misses more then he makes.
Mon Aug 23, 2010 2:26 pm
Who was the shortest white player to play in the NBA? Was he any good?
Tue Aug 24, 2010 2:46 pm
Man, they really were light weights.
Tue Aug 24, 2010 2:50 pm
Iverson is 165 at 6'0". Those guys are 160 at 5'9". Almost the same weight and significant height difference, they're probably bulkier than AI.
Tue Aug 24, 2010 2:58 pm
I guess you could say that. For some reason, 160 sounded really really light to me. Lolz.
