How can I import .act files to .viv files using EAGE?

All issues regarding FshEd and the EA Graphics Editor. This section has been locked as support for EAGE and FshEd has basically been discontinued.

How can I import .act files to .viv files using EAGE?

I wanna know it because in BigGUI, when I open the aiact.viv of NBA Live 2005, I can't see any file, but in NBA Live 06 aiact, it's ok..
