Unable to delete duplicate players

I have duplicates of some created players that I tried to edit that I am not able to use without getting an error message "Unable to load graphics file: AAIA". I've gone through the PLAYERS.dbf file in my saved roster and the dbdata folder and I am not able to find the duplicates, all I can find are the newer and working duplicate of those same players. I'm not sure where to go in order to delete the corrupted copies. I trying to play a franchise but I'm unable to perform a draft or look at the free agent pool (which is where the corrupted duplicates are) without getting the "load graphics error". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just noticed that the corrupted duplicates don't show up on the list of created players. They're on the free agents list when editing players and trading players though.

You will have to find them through the dbf file, delete one of the entries for each of the duplicated players, and then pack the database to remove them from the dbf file.

There is only one entry for each of the players in the DBF file, but there are still duplicates in the game. Also, how do I pack the database?

It's a command in the dbf programs, I think. Some may not have it or need it. Basically, when you delete a record(player) it only flags it for deletion, it doesn't actually delete it until you pack the database. Send me your roster and I will take a look at it. I don't have NBA Live 2000 intalled. Let me know the name(s) of the duplicate players.

You had the three duplicates marked to be deleted as I said. I just needed to use the "pack table" function that actually removes the record.
