How to take screenshots better...

Any help??? For Ex., for an MJ slam dunk, how can I get screenshots without the replay menus? The things on the left side of the screen...
Also is there a software downloadable in here that improves on taking screenshots? Ive searched the general downloads area but I cant understand whats the purpose of some of the downloads there so...

press f12..or print screen..but the screenshot button in the instant replay is the best if you would ask me..

F12 is probably the easiest. You might want to look at FRAPS as well, though that's mostly if you want to capture video (which NBA Live 2001's replay can do anyway).
