Here's what I found,
After comparing 1995 NBA player's minutes per game (MPG) statistics to the NBA live editor's spreadsheet data, I found out column "CC" must be for stamina.
In particular, initial testing showed the integer value ranges from 0-20, which is half a player's MPG value, rounded up. For example, if a player averaged 20 minutes a game, then their CC value is 10. If they play 33 minutes, then add one (34) to make it even, and divide it in half and get 17.
What started me down this rabbit hole is I remembered Latrell Sprewell played lots of minutes at GSW during that time. Then, after using this page for comparison, it verified I was headed the correct way.
