NBA 2K16 SHORTER SHORTS MOD HELP

I'm new to modding and i want to edit the length of the shorts in NBA 2K16, i wanted to have the 76ers Shorts to be the same length as Michael Jordan(Bulls) Shorts or MyCareer(offline) to have the same length as MJ Shorts if possible, but problem is that i don't know where to start and what tool to use. i hope someone can help me thank you(⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡
