We are fully aware that this issue affects all the Win 10 Anniversary users; it is our first priority to seek for a resolution to this issue. Unfortunately I really cannot bring you any update on this -- unlike projects like Evolve which our developerment team Turtle Rock Studios has its own forum so that they can directly communicate with fans. Sadly, Visual Concept is working in a closed environment that we cannot disclose or share any of their working progress as per policy, they neither share their working progress with us. I hope you can understand that I really have reached my limit on this topic.
About ticket status: Please understand that I have to attempt to "close" it again - even if it marks as closed or solved, it will be only for the ticket status, not the issue itself. The ticket status will not affect our work to patch the game.
Once again, unfortunately, we do not have visibility on our development team's working progress here in customer support, and so we don't have a timeline for a fix to be implemented. That said, please follow us on Twitter (@NBA2K), as this is where new info as well as upcoming patches will be announced.
