If you're looking to make them, what kind of mods are you looking at making? Without knowing the specifics, or being asked a specific question (eg "I'm trying to make a face update, but I don't understand this particular step"), it's tough for anyone to give advice and again, point you in the direction of the appropriate tutorial.
