New to face making

Ok as the title says, i created this topic so that people like me, who are new to making cyber faces and have no excperience at all, can try to make the 2k faces even better
There are already lots of posts and turtorails that cover this to some point, but i could not find everything i need, so i started this so maybe some experience modders will answer my questions.
1. Is it possible to switch hairstyles and beards betwen players, and if so is there a turtorial?
2. Is there a video for 2k15 and 2k16 face making, because i keep finding only last gen 2k turtorails?
3. What turtorial is the best one for photoshop and blender for using them with nba2k?
4. Why do all the beards on cyberfaces look like they are drawn on the face?
