NBA 2K16 - CONTROLLER PROBLEMS (PC)

I just bought NBA 2k16 on PC. I tried offline games if it's working 100% and so on... I have a XBOX 360 controller with wire and it worked for offline games but when I wanted to try online games the game switched to mouse and keyboard. In the settings I couldn't switch it back to XBOX 360 and it didn't let me do anything with my controller. I would like to ask you guys if you know how to solve this problem. I would be grateful!

Your controller must be plugged in and on before you launched the game and can't be turned off or unplugged at any point while the game is opened.
