Just to follow up on this, I've noticed it happening even more, and it may have nothing to do with practice even. I've confirmed phantom injuries.

Yea but you don't have to get injured only during a game. Can ge tinjured during practice.. can get injured lighting off fire works (too soon?). So I don't think it's a big deal.

Edit* it says what he got injured for tho.. apparently all the "meaningless" injuries just weird ass comedy related things though? cuz I get that too.. says ppl get injured for clicking like button on instagram and shit wtf lol

Absolutely. But, as I tried to demonstrate with the screenshot, this guy was injured without practicing or playing. I also had another guy get injured a few weeks later...on a rest day with no game or practice.

Random injuries like this happen once in a blue moon in real life for sure, but especially with the frequency of this it seems like a bug. At least I've reported it as such. Derp, didn't know that fake twitter thing was real.

Ya I suppose there might be phantom injuries I'm not sure, I went through and I had a few major injuries so far but mostly it's just random soreness and stuff like that so I don't really find it too concerning, I guess it would be annoying to have a starter go out and random bench playesr who should be healthy are hurt... i guess the answer to this is to just lower the injury frequency.

Odd, it could just be really bad luck on your part. I've played close to 30 games now with the current injury sliders and I've only had 2 injuries, both were in-game and one was healed by the next game and the other guy only missed 2 weeks. I know in 2K15 I had a few guys get injured that didn't even play (I just assumed practice) but I've not had any bench guys get injured in 2K16 so far. I can see how that would be kind of annoying though.

Cpu PG zig zag in middle of court till mistake happens on D?

So I've been looking into the injury thing, the in game injuries were definitely a big issue in 2K15 along with the whole mess with "injury effects" but this year I mean I have been playing heavy heavy in game minutes without seeing injuries its just not an issue for me. The random injury without the guy playing is weird I would suggest just going back to the default injury setting and seeing if it still happens there, Thats just weird.

CPU grabs every 50/50 ball. I'll try turning down hustle. Ball damn near zips to there hands.

CPU will come down every few plays, looks like a iso play. They just iso move over and over in the middle of court towards the basket until shot opportunity comes. They force the issue.

Turning down Hustle will really hurt the CPU transition defense. It's up to you though. What I suggest you do is play more USER on ball defense and stop the CPU from doing whatever they are doing. If you rely too much on the CPU to make plays for you that's what happens.

Awesome sliders as always. Great work! The feel seems a lot more natural with the set.

Though, as always (which has been my problem with 2k), my team would suck in off rebounding. I am trying to work around with it as much as I can, like setting it back to 50/50, but the box out and positioning of the AI is just too good. Is this perhaps affected by the 100 defensive awareness?

And one more thing, after the patch, it seems shooting 3's is way lot easier, and the ball often gets bumped too much in the middle resulting to steals while the AI seem to always have magnetic hands.

I'd appreciate feedback very much. The play is overall a lot better with your sliders, still looking for ways to have my own team be aggressive on the glass cause even when I manually set POE to "crash off glass", big guys would just be standing around not looking for position in the paint.

I noticed this too i think it's the CPU inside at 0 that messes up some really easy shots

Hustle at 30 doesnt hurt cpu transition defense but does help with 50/50 balls.

100% on ball D but thanks, I use your sliders as a base.

Thanks! Remember I actually don't have the patch yet! PC hasn't gotten it yet so I'll be looking to tweak as soon as the patch is out for me! I did hear they tweaked 3 point shooting though so I'll definitely keep an eye out for that!

Not sure I agree with this at all. The CPU (for me) Rarely ever misses under the basket on putbacks...rarely ever. They also get WAY too many and-1's on the default setting which is why I made that tweak. I'll keep an eye on it, but for now feel free to tweak that to your own liking, but expect high FG%'s.

For me the actual layups are fine but close shots never go in. Like if you have a good post player the CPU will miss a close shot almost every single time in my experience.

No worries man. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Just looking for ways to improve with 50/50 balls. Btw, do you have a preferred rosters to go with these sliders? Or do you exclusively use 2k?

Just got in, I had tweaks ready to go for inside shooting / close shooting etc...but I hear post shots have been tweaked so I'm going to check that out also I hear 3 point shots and on ball defense has also been tweaked so I'll also check those out...expect something on Sunday.

That said I am going to start from the tweaks that I was planning on making which were:

Inside Shot Success – 20/20 (CPU +20)
Close Shot Success – 35/35 (CPU +5)
Offensive Rebounding - 65/65 (both + 5 HUM may go up even more)
Shooting Foul - 80/80

For anyone that was interested.

Rebounding in this game is utterly atrocious...experimenting with OREB at 100 NOT for the rebounding numbers, but dammit just to get the offensive players to stop standing around on missed shots...we need to see more OREB's from Non-PF's...

I played with your sliders after the newest patch in PC and i'm very satisfied with the results! I play User Timing release and it's still good. Look at the results, only USER offensive rebounds need to be tweak:

So I start a Warriors MyLeague thinking I'm about to come out here and do work, maybe get a 14 game winning streak of my own right? I come out first game vs the Pelicans and wreck Anthony Davis (even though he got his 26 points) Steph went off with 31 points and 10 assists and Klay added 22 along with 19 for Harrison Barnes I ended up winning by 20+

So second game i'm off to Houston and while they suck in real life I forgot this is 2K...man I got blown the F*** out! 118 points??? Dwight Howard had 30pts 22 boards 3 blocks and SEVEN offensive rebounds...pair that with James Harden's 25 points 10 assists and 7 boards I was like man where the heck did this come from? I got murdered on the offensive glass and honestly...idk I'm actually ok with that...seems realistic enough with Dwight doing that much work in the paint Draymond had 20 in the first half, but Klay Thompson only had 8 points which hurt because he was "cold" down the stretch so even though I trimmed the lead a little bit I still got destroyed...here are the stats from the game

When will you post them? Right now? Are you playing that game (with Pelicans) or you will post them another day?I play MyGm on ps4 fantasy draft with the best new and old players custom own roster and ofc with your sliders. I use user timing cause i like that every player has its unique shot release( i dont want to just press a button at a player's hot position and make the basket.It seems for me a bit casual like that-tell me if im mistaken). Anyway i expect with your sliders a score like 28-32 at 1rst quarter and 90-120 final score. The scores i get are 28-40 and 130-145 at 12min game.Does this happens because i play user timing,because im on ps4, or because of all teams good roster?Is it more realistic and better if i play real player FG%? I'm waiting your new sliders to test them right now, because like the previous game, they are the best out there!
