Weird roster errors

Hi, guys, there is something not quite right with my NBA 2K16. Somehow, it doesn't update the rosters at all (e. g. everyone has now Metta World Peace at Lakers, me not) and everytime, I try to download roster or draft class through roster picker it shows an error message
