Cant Play In My Own Arena

When we will be able to play pro am matches in our own arenas? When i exit my arena it says that ill be able to play in it after theres "enough teams around the world". But what is enough, what does that mean? I thought we were supposed to play in them with our created teams and no i created it and everytime we play pro am as a team, we just go to that "rec center pro am arena" with 4 courts.
