NBA 2K16 Replays are broken

Is anyone else experiencing weird replay plays? Like for example.. after a player is fouled and either misses or scores, when a replay is shown, it doesn't show the entire play like it does on PS4 or Xbox one.
This is a legacy issue that NBA 2K15 had at the end of it's life span. It got so bad that at the end of 2k15, during the after-game highlights, it would just show nonsense.
