is dunk/layup acitivation happened too far from the hoop?

er, happening*

a lot of times (especially from the corner baseline three), i'll get my defender to bite on a pump fake, step in (without turbo) with one dribble, and try to pull up, but end up going into a layup animation and awkwardly running into a big man close to the rim. it happens less when i'm closer to the top of the key, but i think dunks and layups activate too far out from the hoop - it should be moved in. what do you guys think?

I think it's pretty fine where it is.

You can always choose whether to do a dunk/layup or jumper if you know what you're doing.

Start watching around 9:50 for a great tutorial (the whole thing is handy, really, Da Czar is great):https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8-ByMhZ-KI
