Low Audio (AGAIN)

Has any one dealt with low audio in all facets for 2K15 & now also 2K16? If so is there a hidden fix? Impossible to enjoy an exciting atmosphere in-game.

I have my PC volumes all the way up and my TV volume at 100 yet it sounds like it's on 30. Such a disappointment dealing with this kind of issue.
