I'm a 91 rated combo guard 3. I just got done with a game against the Bulls. It was back and forth all game until I got taken out with 7 minutes left in the 3rd qtr. We ended off winning by 4 but I never stepped back on the floor after being taken out. I played 25 minutes total.
Ok, here's the part I don't understand. When we are leading by 20, 30 or 40 points, I play 42 minutes. In fact, I average 39 mins/game. So why do I sit for 3/4 of the 2nd half when it's a super close game? I am 2nd in the league in scoring and 4th in assists, so I am going to sit in a close game? What real life coach will sit their star in a close game. Also, what real life coach will leave their top players in for the entire game in blowouts?
I just don't see the logic.
