I have unlocked Lamarcus Aldridge and Kevin Durant's Jump shot with skill points but when I go to access them the're still locked. I'm also experiencing this with several pairs of sneakers. Can someone help please?

Do you mean RP? Or are you talking about NBA 2K16?

I'm talking about SP for Live 16

I earned the skill points for these items but when I attempt to acquire them its still unlocked but clearly says earned in the skills progression screen

Ah OK, just making sure. You're talking about the gear you can unlock as you level up, not the RP purchases. Gotcha.

I haven't had any issues with that so far, but it's possible there's a bug with them. I'd imagine you've tried resetting the game multiple times to no avail, so maybe hit up EA Support about it.
