The amount of idiocy over the last several posts is awe inspiring. I'm going to reiterate what Andrew said previously, and ask that everyone either stay on topic, positive, or refrain from participating in this thread. This has been brought up multiple times now, so anybody who insists on not abiding, will take a temporary or permanent vacation from the forums. That includes mind-numbingly moronic speculation without a single fact as basis.

You have been very egotist at bighort since become a team member . You seem to be the only team member on here to be so dramatic about people opinion. Calm down man, banning people over a statement is not that serious. Nobody is being disrespectful on this forum.

i thinks folks should think of this as a good thing. With fact Vlad is negotiating with 2k can only mean good things for him. 2k has shown in the past few years that there best talent pool is coming for the 2k community. With possibly the out come of maybe vlad joining Jao, Leftos and DACazar can only me good for 2k community just not the way we are used too.

This is good for anyone who has contributed to the 2k community threw NLSC , Operationsports and Moddingways that as talent they might reach out to you and you can get paid for what you enjoy doing. I hope this is the situation for vlad he has earned it. Hoping they reach out to one more person too.

Kim Kardashian ass might of broken the internet , bu vlad stating he is talking to 2k might of broken NLSC.

You do realise with Vlad gone, modding is pretty much screwed. If he starts working for 2K he won't be doing RED MC anymore, and who's going to take it up... no one. If he goes then we might as well forget it all together. By the way bigh0rt we have much as a right to give our opinions over yours, a discussion doesn't hurt the forums, it also isn't worth a ban.

I dont know whats the situation with Vlad, but for me idea with hire Leftos or Jao slow down mods+structure of files wont make it easier+no chance for sharing roster files. Its strategy to stop sharing their files. Even if we figure out how to import textures, you can imagine one cf mod with 1GB? Or importing every texture before everytime we want to play? If Vlad will gone, or 2k put hands on editor and block this we will not be able to do shit. Over past 4years, no1 create free editor(Leftos did it). This why i was so sceptical. Because seriously, what we can say positive about Leftos and Jao in 2k right now? Quick bug and issue report? We dont need Leftos to collect bugs, we need all of those talented guys to improve this game and open every next version more and more to modding scene. What we have right now with 2k15? Unmodable game, secure to the maximum to slow down sharing files and modding. I would never buy 2k15 if i knew it goes this way, i will never buy 2k16 and i feel im not alone in this opinion.

skoadam, I for one know what you're saying. I feel like they're trying to block mods from this game. First storing everything is massively encrypted files and now stopping Vlad from releasing the mod tool so he can go work for them... for a paycheck of course. Same for Jao and Leftos, modding is screwed for this game, let's hope Vlad has a bit of sense and doesn't take the money from 2K.

Honestly 2k move (if confirmed) is totally useless....Greg is close to release a tool too and also Nesa24 could....you don't want mod on a PC game? Then don't make the game for PC ^__^

..really hope Vlad will update us today :?

To say that Jon and Leftos were hired to prevent modding and to say that all Leftos does is report bugs is not only stupid, but it's incredibly disrespectful to both of them. The files were only encrypted more this year because it's a brand new port(and they're not really more encrypted this year than in years past, just encrypted differently). Do you really think 2K gives a fuck if we make cyberfaces or courts? Of course they don't. They can't actively encourage it, but I seriously doubt they care at all.

Full agreed! Haha, but we..the community thought that with Leftos in 2k, they finally gives a fuck that we want to make cyberfaces or courts. And what we get? Worst situation from yeaaaars. I have huge respect for Leftos but to be honest what he had done so epic in 2k15? Im not saying he sir on his butt and takes money, but what is so epic in his job on 2k15. I cant point 100 things which was epic for k13. Same situation with Jao, but he just started, so im not judge this. Do you understand that to use one different court we will have to upload whole 1gb? See the difference? Whats the positive aspect of Leftos working for 2k? For us, for him this is dream come true. Because when im watching 2k15 it looks like one big disaster, for people like me, who wants make this game better it is.

Why do you think we'll have to upload 1gb files? We'll have to just manually import the courts ourselves, which will take 2 minutes.

And what did Leftos bring? MyLEAGUE, MyGM the new injury system ect. All amazing features that I greatly appreciate, as they're very well done game modes with some nice polish.

Last point. 2K15 is no disaster. Maybe it's not your cup of tea, but for a lot of people, including myself, this is arguably the best sports game of all time.

Im not asking what Leftos did for 2k15, because im sure he brings everything good we meet in 2k15; im asking what he bring to modding community. He didnt have to but that was our silent expectations year ago.
