A Complete Guide to an improved NBA 2K15

So guys I'm only interested in a few mods, like tight jerseys and net physics anyway, but I havent touched 2K15 in a few months, want to get back into it...
Other games tend to have a mod manager where you can enable and disable mods via the manager prior to starting the game...

what do we have for 2K15 ?

all I know is that it's not as simple as copy and pasting files into folders like it was all those years before..
