If are using my sweetfx settings and upgraded to Win 10 from Win 7, SweetFX may not be working. If this is the case, follow the steps below to fix. If you upgraded to Win 10 from Win 8.1, my settings should be working fine. If you are downloading my settings onto a Win 10 machine for the first time, follow the normal install instructions in the body of this post.
1) remove sweetfx related files from NBA 2k15 directory
2) redownload the sweetfx package (http://forums.nba-live.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=7375)
3) pick the which version of my settings you want to use
4) choose win 8.1 & win 10 folder
5) extract contents to NBA 2K15 folder

SWEETFX SETTINGS:
The win 8.1 & win 10 version is a sweetfx v1.51 (boulotaur)+efx combo (props to Crubino on Guru3d for making this compatible with 64 bit games).
The win 7 version is a sweetfx v1.51(boulotaur) setup with the 64bit dlls already installed and ready to go:
V1 (Standard): A basic preset, slight modification of default NBA 2K15 (good for lower performing PCs)
V2 (Additional Color): Reduction in fog, HDR, higher contrast, additional color (mid-higher performance PCs)
V3 (Broadcast): Bright, no/little fog, very faint blue tint to mimic TV braodcast (optimized to run well on both lower and higher performing PCs (no HDR).
V4 (Lighting Overhaul): Major lighting overhaul to mimic real stadium lighting (mid-higher performance PCs) (my personal fav)
Install:
-Download RAR
-Choose V1 (Standard), V3 (Additional Color), V3 (Broadcast), or V4 (Lighting Overhaul)
-Choose operating system (Win 7 or Win 8.1 & Win 10)
-Unpack Files to main game directory
-Start game and enjoy
Key Bindings:
-Toggle SweetFX on/off (scroll lock)
-Screenshot (printscreen)
-Reload shaders (insert)
Troubleshooting:
-Disable steam overlay (important)
-Make sure you are not running background programs such as precision, afterburner, fraps, rivatuner (someone said you can start up fraps after nba 2k15, but not before. haven't tested this myself).
-Disable any unnecessary processes, especially keyboard, mouse, gamepad software, etc.
-Re-install directx using the exe in NBA2K15_commonredist\directx\jun2010\DXSETUP.exe.
-Disable antivirus temporarily, including spybot (i recently had to uninstall spybot as it was causing context menu issues with onedrive).
-There are reported issues with both the latest nvidia (344.11) and catalyst drivers (14.9). Try doing a clean install of a previous driver. For Nvidia users, as you do a clean install, opt not to install geforce experience.
-After you have tried the above, and you are still experiencing issues, post: a) confirmation that you have tried each of the above; b) contents of both log.log and dxgi.log; c) general computer specs, and any other useful info in this thread viewtopic.php?f=159&t=96705
