2K15 Explorer [WIP] [v0.285 Released]

im not really knowledgeable on all this technical stuff but can somebody tell me what this program will do for the future of 2k15 modding?

When the import and 3D model features are implemented, almost everything outside of roster editing. Courts, cyberfaces, custom rim sounds, custom soundtracks, custom scoreboards, jerseys. ect.

@buddaking Thats quite an offer xD. Well the point is that i already know what i have to do to get the importer to work, the problem is that i am so busy at the time, so it could take some time until i implement it. Besides that i've thought of a way to easily patch things around, without the need of moving huge files around or adding everything manually. This will the the subject of future versions

You can't just start reversing files. You need to take it slowly and start with more simple programming and you'll evolve from there.

Do the files inside of the GZIP archives not have names, or have you just not been able to figure out how to read them? For example, a ZIP file might have face_color_o.dds, whereas with the GZIP files, the DDS files have no filename, and are just labled as dds_file.

Nope they have nothing. Its just a single raw file compressed into gzip. No name anywhere...

Sounds good to me, No rush tho, I just want to be able to mod something in this game. So take all the time that is needed. Im going to give 2k15 a rest for the PC until a mod tool is avliable and focus on WWE 2k15 which i brought yesterday and GTA 5. I will check up on this post daily. Thank you.

Can i edit roster in my career with this tool. For example delete real player ?
