Where can I find them because I can't seem to locate it? I'm looking for Lakers jersey in particular.

They have to be there.
If they aren't there, it means that you are missing files, which means that you have to reverify cache memory via Steam.

Now here's another question, how do I match the accessories to the jersey colors now? For example if I change the jersey color to red, how would I have the accessories and shoes match that color automatically?
