not sure, but i think its updates automatically when you turn on nba 2k15, it showing 9files inside, (stars,vc imagines etc.)

This is one really big misunderstanding. There are currently no jersey textures in 0Y, i checked right now. They are probably moved to another archive. Please stop arguing now.

Wait, you just wanted the Raptors files? I thought you meant they weren't showing up in game...

The Raptors jerseys were patched, so they're in 1O or 1P now.
