Explorer (No Longer Responding)

So I've been using Greg's tool for a good while now and this is the first time this has happened to me. I tried replacing '97-'98 Kobe's face but the explorer just freezes. This is the only file so far that makes the program freeze, does anyone know how to fix this?

Some files are editable, some files aren't. In next version of greg's tool, you will be able to edit 0C without any problems
