My Career shoes deal

Hi, so I think I have a problem with my career right now, i'm into my second season and in a good way to be the MVP, my team is in the TOP 5 and I still didn't have a shoes deal .... I've seen a video on youtube with a guy getting it like 2 weeks after his first game so i don't understand what's wrong, is that a bug ? Am i stuck with these ugly generic shoes for life ? .... I remember few games after i join the NBA i got a cutscene with a guy telling me if i play better he'll be able to help me getting a deal, i'm sure he was talking about that but since this cutscene, nothing ...

Playing on PC, don't use any cheat / trainer.

Also remind me of a scene with my rival rookie player, introduced to me at the beginning of my carreer but after that scene i havn't seen him again ....

Oh and also, no i'm not playing an illegal version of the game, bought the game on steam.

You have a good explanation on Steam.
1. Play NBA 2K15
2. Click LSHIFT+TAB (you will open steam in game)
3. I think it name is help, but you will se NIKE logo then.

It is tutorial which shows you how to steps for signing a shoe deal!

That's the same thing
