it happens everytime i run it. :(

Try reinstalling DirectX, or updating your video card drivers.

already finished with that blue screen issue. now i'm with the main menu freeze one. :(

Any more info you can give us about the situation? PC specs, other programs you may have running in the background, that sort of thing.

There's also some troubleshooting suggestions in the stickied threads in the main NBA 2K15 section.
