How Do You Create A Big Three?

In MyCareer, what exactly you have to do to make a big three with two other stars?And if you manage to do that, will they join your team or will you join some other team?Anybody have gone trough it?

u dont its all fake i tried it with drummond when we were in the last year of our contracts, he kept saying yea sure make it happen, what does he do signs a 4 year extention mid season with the pistons. what happened drummond the day be4 u signed that u said u wanted to make a big 3 with me!! NOW YOUR A PISTON AGAIN and no way i play for the pistons ima warrior for life.
I tried it with embiid once his rookie contract ran out and i had one more year left on my contract(i just simmed most of the seasons just to see if i could get him to come to the warriors) but nope he never even hit RFA let alone UFA, no he just signs a 4 year extention with the 76ers after saying he wanted to play with me.... my conclusion its borderline impossible to form a big 3 let alone a big 2 wth someone u want unless their UFA and dont sign an extenstion with doesnt happen often in 2k15 or u go to their team.
