Bug description: cant login in game

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): PC

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: Because 2k auto named me by using more than 16 signs i cant login in game, give me my money back 2k

Skoadam : i also have on 2k's web site a user name with many numbers with no history and no VC ...but that didnt prevent me from playing online and using my VC.

Leftos : any clue about that connecting problem ? is it just servers or file save is somehow corrupted ?

No im not, i can login on myprofile via website, but in game, when i put over and over again my mail inside the game, confirm i get msg in the bottom that my username is tooooo long. I did not choose this, 2k did it for me. My steam is simple skoadam Should i delete my account?

Ok mouse/keyboard typing thing is fixed. You guys were right, but for whatever reason moving the mouse away doesn't initially work. Once it's off the keyboard, the game won't recognise until I alt-tab out of the game and back in every time.

Bug description: Created rookies all have the same exact wingspan, shoulder width, body length, and muscle tone.

Game Mode: MyLeague

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: Everytime a generated rookie class is created, they all have the same types of bodies. Their wingspan, shoulder width, and body length are all ALWAYS 50. The muscle tone is ALWAYS set to Lean. No matter their individual heights or weights.

Time to check on those "random" generating rookie algorithms 2K.

I'm surprised the testers didn't catch that.

If you ever need Association mode testers let me know lol, Association mode is my shtick. ;)

Bug description: Im playing a center in mycareer and i think i've tried calling for an Alley-op about 400 times, but never recieved one, i've asked several other gamers on twitch.tv and they have same issue, the AI always ignore the call for an Alley op in mycareer mode

Bug description : game crashes after the KD splash screen, the license texts gets messy and throws me out of the game to desktop.

Yeah, well... I can't launch the game at all, 2K support also hasn't done anything to fix it and it's been like this since friday for me. Haven't been able to launch the game once.

Bug description: Can't log in / stuck in offline mode since Oct 13th.

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): PC

Game Mode: Any mode/menu requiring online. Can't do myplayer. All online modes and menus are now missing, and I have a "connect" tab on the main menu that has no functionality. It still shows my myplayer at the top right and the 3 vc that he currently has, but that is it.

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: Launch the game.

Additional steps I have taken:
Starting on October 13th, the game would not log me on any longer. I have a myPlayer with over 20k in vc worth of advancement so far. Can no longer access it or any online game modes or menu options.

I also noticed that I was no longer able to login to nba2k.com over the last several days (even though, I already linked my account and was playing since release night). I went through a process that some have suggested worked for them by resetting my password. I had already linked the game to my account. I reset my password, logged in, and now my username on nba2k.com has changed from (what I presume was my account name from last year) my original account name, to my steam name with a long hexadecimal string appended to the end of it. And, I still cannot login in game (still stuck with "connect" on main menu, and missing options). nba2k.com tells me I already linked the game, but shows no stats/vc earnings.

I also never received my pre-order bonus. I also can't get a response from support (apparently you have to make homophobic and racist remarks on their twitter page, and they will jump you in line over all the rest of us who have been trying to patiently wait. My original ticket is out of date now anyway, as my issue has become much more game-breaking since I originally opened it.

This game.....ehhhh. Can some1 explain why in the holly shit, i cant move with my controller in MyPark mode? It works in menus inside the Park, while playin, but i cant move on the court. What this time 2k? Why my pad is dead in MyPark mode?

Bug description: I know it's a known bug but : Account expired + confirmation link sent me to 2K14 + didn't get any other mail from 2K, I tried : forget password, missing verification email this week-end, didn't recieved anything, got my account expired yesterday. I'm okay with starting everything all over again, but I would lose the 70000VC I bought and the ones from the pre-order..
And before that I saw that in MyCareer mode, if you get to sign more than 1 pub contract in the same time you can only cash-in the last that show up, not a big deal compared to the first bug :)

got the same problem. for every day without being able to launch the game we should get one cent of refund from 2k. i think this is quite fair, because we bought product, which we cannot use and we still have no answer how long will it take to finally solve this problem.

Bug description: unable to propose trades in MyLeague

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): Xbox One

Game Mode: MyLeague

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: Open MyLeague -> 2K Menu Nav -> Front Office -> Propose Trade
Add any player from my team on the left: it correctly appears
Add any player from any other team on the right: it does not appear
If I try to add the same player from the other team again, it will not show up in the team roster. Trades with invisible players are not allowed, so I cannot trade in MyLeague through the "propose trade" function.
This issue also applies to altering proposed trades found through Trade Finder.

About 80% of the roster all have 50 body length, 100% of the roster have 50 wingspan.

Everyone except the following players (including all the free agents, and probably all the Euroleague) have 50 body length:

Kent Bazemore should have 24 (Hawks)

One last thing, I don't use Eurloeague teams much (almost at all really) but I noticed one of them has a 6-1 center. Turns out he should be 6-10. Rafael Hettsheimeir on Unicaja Malaga.

All of this is on the current most up to date roster (as in the one released today that added Clint Capela, Glenn Robinson, etc). I don't know if the wingspan and body length stuff is intentional or not. I just thought it odd that only the best players on a few teams are the only ones that don't have 50 body length and that it was even odder that everyone had 50 wingspan.

And yeah, I checked everyone on the roster for wingspan and body length (started out looking for anything odd, then I noticed patterns forming). I have a lot of time on my hands and am extremely OCD.

Edit Player erroneously reports the wingspan of players in the roster (non created) as 50, we're looking to have that fixed.

Hey there. Seems like you guys are having trouble to read the reports which talk about not being able to LAUNCH the game.
Would you mind at least acknowledging the existence of these major issues on the PC version? Even if you are gonna make fixing it your dead last priority, it would be cool that if you guys confirmed that you know about these things. It's about to be a full week since the game released in that state and many of us still can't get it to run.

Bug description: Freeze/long loading Time when going from the main menu to a game mode.
When i go from the main menu and select any opion (MyLeague, MyGM,...., Options) it starts the animation and then freezes. After like 1 min or so it's start loading again and everything is fine. It only happens wenn du enter from the main menu into the mode, it does not happen if i leave the mode and return to main menu.

If you play offline this doesn't happen and everything is going smoothly.

Hey there. Seems like you guys are having trouble to read the reports which talk about not being able to LAUNCH the game.
Would you mind at least acknowledging the existence of these major issues on the PC version? Even if you are gonna make fixing it your dead last priority, it would be cool that if you guys confirmed that you know about these things. It's about to be a full week since the game released in that state and many of us still can't get it to run.

Alright, thank you. Excuse me if I sounded cranky, but it's about to be a week since I purchased and downloaded the game, and I still haven't managed to run it once. There also hasn't been any statement at all about this from 2K, even though it's many of us having this major issue.

Everytime I hit the blue "Play" button it either hesitates for a couple seconds and does nothing, or it shows me the "preparing to launch" thing, gives me a splash black screen for one second and then goes back to desktop. The game simply won't launch.

Before going any further, I must say that my computer's specs are above the recommended requirements for this game. They are as follows:

i7 3770k processor.
GTX 770 2GB Nvidia GPU.
8 GB of RAM
Windows 7 Proffessional 64 bit.

My Nvidia drivers are all up to date. And so is DirectX and other software needed.
But still, the game hasn't launched for me at all.

Here is a (lengthy) list of all the things I've tried so far. None of it has worked:

- Tried to run the game in Steam offline mode or with my internet unplugged (this seems to work for a lot of people that can't launch it while online, but it didn't fix anything for me).

- Made sure that my Nvidia drivers were the latest version (344.11, as of this writing). Also uninstalled my GPU altogether and reinstalled it along with the drivers with a clean setup.

- Tried setting the game's .exe to run as administrator.

- Tried reinstalling the latest versions of DirectX.

- Tried reinstalling the latest versions of VC++ redistributable.

- Tried uninstalling every single version of VC++ redistributable in my computer and then reinstalling just the version from the game folder.

- Tried reinstalling the latest versions of .NET Framework.

- Tried verifying the game's cache several times.

- Tried reinstalling Steam altogether.

- Tried disabling my Anti Virus software when executing or installing the game.

- Tried deleting the game from my library and redownloading it altogether, then installing it again.

- Tried forcing V-Sync and Triple Buffer from the Nvidia Control Pannel.

- Made sure that my graphics card was enabled for this game in the Nvidia Control Pannel.

- Tried creating a .cfg file with other people's settings in the required path.

- Tried different resolutions by editing my own VideoSettings.cfg file.

- Tried disabling my second monitor.

- Tried a cracked version of the game.

- Tried replacing my .dll files with those of somebody else that has been able to play.

- Tried deleting the Steam folder at C/ProgramData

- Restarted Steam and my computer about 50 times.

- Made sure my version of Windows is updated.

- Tried the Windows hotfix for outdated versions of the OS.

- Disabled my internal graphics processor in the BIOS before startup.

I'm willing to try anything to fix this. I can also send my dxdiag or whatever is needed to figure out what's causing this problem. All I want is to be able to launch my game.

Bug description: Can't advance past 2015 NBA Draft in MyGM

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): PC

Game Mode: MyGM

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: I've repeatedly tried to go through the 2015 NBA Draft in MyGM on my current save, and a fresh save, and once the draft is complete Adam Silver just looks around the room and the game never advances. I've left my game running for over an hour in that phase hoping it'd eventually advance, but it never does.

I can at least launch the game but mine freezes at the main menu every time. I have tried everything that Nexus has as well as contacting Nvidia support and 2k support to work through the problem. Neither of them have been able to help with the issue. I have provided my DxDiag as well in hopes that it may help to solve this issue. And my steam name is Thard92.

Also, here are my Specs:

Nvidia GeForce GT 330m
Intel i7 @ 2.67 GHz
4 GB Ram
Windows 7

For what it's worth, here is my DxDiag aswell, tried all the stuff that Nexus did aswell, apart from disabling 2nd screen because I only have one.

Just wanted to mention that creating a ticket with 2K Support is more useful that you think. The tickets do reach the dev team, and they also help us keep track of the frequency and status of issues easier than forum threads.

Created players in a roster doesnt have nicknames this year yet everybody calls him Jay when his name has nothing to do with that

In My player or my career there are nicknames....but i cant remember if they called me by my nickname since i can connect since monday

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: not 100% sure about all moves, but blocks looks like one big lag, is this supose to be like this? i mean i press blocking button and after 1sec player start to react, react not blocking. Also over sensitivity on the right analog in defense. Try to defend some1 one on one and u will understand.

Specific steps to reproduce the bug: When i want to change jump shot base or jump shot form for any player in roster i have this - all I see is the same recurring form of jump shot, and so I can not view all forms or shot base, same shot form repeat again and again.

Bug description: Hit/miss markers don't reset in 3pt contest for second tiebreaker

Platform (PC/PS4/Xbox One): PC

Game Mode: MyLeague (all-stars weekend)

Specific steps to reproduce the bug; if not applicable, what causes it to happen: I just played very close 3pt contest, where in second round 3 players had 22 points each, in tiebreaker they all had 19 points each. In second tiebreaker the indicators of missed/hit shot did not reset and were showing previous round.

*Custom audio settings in My Career reset to all zero except for sound fx.

*Set custom audio levels in my career then enter game and after a cut scene from a hard foul (giving me the opportunity to choose course of action) the audio just reset.

Next

*No other create -a-shoe I make is available except for the 2k branded ones. Also no other shoes are available in general except for the 2k Generic for me. Maybe this is intentional IDK.
