The video card needs to be good in general and not in one specification. For now your PC matches the requirements and even without them you will be able to play the game. But as I said expecting 60FPS on any setting because your PC met the "Minimum Requirements" is a stretch.
Don't worry much about your CPU for now. At 3.XXGHz there shouldn't be that many Core 2 Duos that are faster at stock settings. You can always overclock it a little or a lot, then there is the Phenom II X4 CPU you have access too. What you need to do is upgrade to a 64-Bit version of Windows if you're running a 32-bit version.
i am already running at a 64 bit version but i did my research on alot of sites and people say the intel core2 duo e8500 is better then the phenom II x4 b25 in everything except for multi core programs but thats only by very little in performance ill buy nba 2k15 in a couple of days and once i get the game ill do some testing if i can play nba 2k15 fine on the settings that i like ill not consider doing the upgrade but if i have to i have a back up processor
