its safe to say that this game will "only" be needing hardware about as powerfull as a PS4
that means a solid Prozessor but at least a 4-5 yo good Quad Core
4gb of Ram but 6-8 would be better
GPU in line with a Radeon HD7790 to 7850 or above or a Geforce GTX 750ti,650ti , 660 or anything above
so basically a solid mid range PC
nothing too extreme
on my PC:
Intel Q9550 4x2.83GHZ
4gb Ram
Nvidia GTX 660 OC 2gb
i can run Watch_Dogs on High,Crysis 3 on Ultra,Battlefield 4 on Ultra,etc
i dont know if thats bad or good news for some of you who are wondering
but now you at least have an educated Guess-Benchmark

Thanks man, I needed this. All I need to upgrade based on your suggestions is a better graphics card.

My minimum recommendations are
CPUs with 4 cores, 8 threads
GPUs with at least 4GB DDR5, ~1900+ cuda cores
8GB-16GB 1866MHz (low latency) DDR3 system RAM
Don't take my word for it though, this is what I suspect you'll need.

Right now I have core 2 quad q9300 and I think I should be still able to run it with this CPU? For my new CPU I think of getting I5 4570, so that is quite an upgrade... I really don't think tho, that requirements will be so high as lets say Crysis 3 or Watchdogs, because it has no open world, just the court and players...

I'm sorry but I doubt you can run these games in ultra settings. If you think you can that means you're OK with subpar performance. Typical standard for 'I can run this' is stable 30 frames per second. The standard for 'I can run this really well' is the average frame rate of about 60 fps.
Just look at this:

Your CPU is at the same performance level as X4 965 which is able to run Crysis 3 at a decent 30 fps on high settings (not ultra) while paired with better GPU than yours (680 vs 660).
Yes, there are people who have no problems with playing in low framerates (15 - 25) but their point of view shouldn't be determinant cause it can be very misleading to other users.
