Shows minimum GPU's. Guess a 9800GT is more than enough.

I peronally don't like this site, it shows wrong specs even for games that are released.

Yeah, a lot of times, it does. But if you look at 2K's official requirements (a 512 MB GPU with DX 10.1 support), graphic cards like this start right around the 8600 GT area.

The person who posted those specs just put up an educated guess within the guidelines of the requirements posted by steam.

Well, you're right. We'll just have to wait and see :D Hopefully The game is well optiized.

+100mhz that's a start, but as said before +800mhz (4,0ghz clock speed) for your processor and 2500k is guaranteed with default (auto) vcore voltage from what I have expierienced. You increased cpu multiplier from 32 to 33? You can send me your progress through private meesages so that we wont spam here ;)

Nope. 32 bit Windows won't be able to run the game at all.

Funny how everyone wants next gen on PC, but at the same time expect it to be playable on this:

Yes, probably not maxed out 60fps, but no one knows. Its pretty stupid to even ask if you can play it, because no one knows yet. We need to see how the Optimization is and how the Game even looks. If you have a PC around a Peasantbox (4 Core CPU ~3GHz and a GPU like 7870/260x or better you can probably run it maxed out with at least 30fps.

It also depends on the resolution that your happy with. Some people need to have all their games at 1080p and other people don't mind playing at resolutions much lower.

thats a very good Point, for example: normally my Q9550 4gb Ram, Gtx 660 2gb wouldnt really make for a smooth Battlefield4 or Crysis 3 or any modern Graphics Beast on Max Settings... if you assume 1080p... but since i run everything at 1280x1024 it increases my Performance so much that my PC can handle those and simmillar Games on Max at 50-90fps

so yeah... the resolution you play in can make quite a difference.

Well I always prefered to have nice smooth image with less effects than the other way around - unless you have lower resolution display of course.
Oh and the only exception was CS 1.6 :D

If i get a nwe CPU, mobo and ram, will then I be able to max it on decent fps? I am thinking of spending about 400 euros for CPU mobo and ram in about a month time... GTX 650ti should be ok?

I won't be able to run it in a 32-bit Windows even though my CPU is capable of 64-bit? :(

Of course not. You need Windows 64-bit.

Just install Win7, its not like it takes long, you should even able to upgrade your Windows without losing any settings etc. :applaud:

Any OS reinstall should be "clean" - with format.
That's why I have / mounted to /dev/sda and /home to /dev/sdb - all I have to do when reisntalling the system is formatting /dev/sda - no data lost.
But with Windows it's much uglier.
