You don't need to buy a I7, anybody who knows about computer and video games will tell you that system requirements that ask an i7 to play full settings is a joke, they probably don't want to list all I5 processors compatible with the game so they just put "I7"; buy a high-end I5 like the I5-3570K, i5-4690K it's cheaper than these I7 and you'll be able to run any game.
You'll also be able to put the difference in a better video card because the GTX 480 is kinda old ...And do not forget you need 2GB Vram if you want to play max settings
So in my opinion i suggest you to buy an I5 (like these two i linked earlier) and video cards a GTX 6 series or GTX 7 series
Also i don't know if you know about compatibilities but you have to be careful when buying stuff like graphic cards and processor, it has to be compatible with your motherboard.
it's kinda stupid to get a I7 with a GTX 480, it's like having a Ferrari and a Lada, the video card won't be able to handle max settings in video games and your processor will be useless
