Screen 1, Anthony DavisScreen 2, D-Rose vs KobeScreen 3, Kevin DurantYou never know how a game looks really just with trailers...

I think 2k just enable SweetFx to trailer. That's all

I think we all missed the ARMPIT HAIR in the TRAILER! HAHAHAHA!
Wed Aug 27, 2014 12:55 am
Hope you can choose to shave them in MyCareer.. It's an amprovement, but I hate that

crazy what two differently edited Trailers can make for a difference ...
i said it... dont judge it based on one trailer.. we know the PC screenshots look amazing.. so ..relax

So we are getting new gen NBA 2K with all mods just like consols FINALLY ! and people are still complaining ? Even if some people are saying there is a downgrade this year compare to 2k14, i'm happy to get this version ... And these saying the old gen looks better than 2K15 are hilarious
Wed Aug 27, 2014 2:26 am
After a thorough review
no doubt they downgrade and kill the realistic of the players
maybe the pc will be the real next gen,but to be honest i'm not sure
Wed Aug 27, 2014 2:29 am
Making observations is not complaining.
Wed Aug 27, 2014 3:27 am
I find it hard to sympathize with anyone complaining about the graphics. I can't really afford to shell out the $300-400 for a next gen console so the fact that we are getting all next gen content (such as game modes, online, etc.) means a whole lot to me. I could care less about dimmer lighting or less shiny skin. I feel like we should all just be grateful because 2K actually cared about us this year enough to give us a decent basketball game.
Oh and yes everyone is entitled to their opinions, but it seems like a lot of people use that line so that they can complain and/or be assholes under the condition that it is just their opinion.
Wed Aug 27, 2014 3:39 am
so now we have to download trailers?
Wed Aug 27, 2014 3:41 am
Well when you see it, you stop talking about Downgraded game
Wed Aug 27, 2014 3:48 am
First we are in late August...I could see the complaints if this trailer came out in late September early October...there is so much more time for tweaking and improvement to what we just saw I don't get why people get in such an uproar over a trailer and we're barely out of August yet.

Mad-Raiiden, im not the one complaining
Wed Aug 27, 2014 3:56 am
Just to let you guys know about the difference of the two trailers. The NBA2K channel video had an input luminance set to 16-235, or common TV luminance. The 2K channel video had the input luminance set to 0-255, the common PC luminance.

I know, I'm talking about the others

Yes the direct(257MB) video is a definite improvement. I don't think anybody really thinks this is a downgrade from the 2K14 PC version. If they say that, they're either lying or blind. Whether it's an improvement over 2K14(PS4/XB1) is debatable. I haven't played next gen so I can't make an informed opinion. But I will say that it will be a very nice upgrade for me. It will also be nice to see the players actually touch the ball instead of having a half inch gap between their hands and the ball.
From looking at screenshots I think they might have changed the way the players sweat from the way they did last year. This might account for players looking less "shiny".

What I want for next year is some more dynamic bench clothing. First of all I think once a players has seen the floor they stay in just their jerseys for the rest of the game. They should add warm up T shirt and tanktops for players to wear on the bench randomly. Could also throw in some towels that one or two guys could wear on their heads.

Guys am i the only one notice very skinny legs(in warmups) and very slim hips. I dont like this body type, hope its all because warmups. Look at lbj presentation, he looks like marathon guy.
Wed Aug 27, 2014 6:32 am
The only valid complaint is about the body types while players are in their warm up jerseys. Lebron did drop some weight due to his no-carb diet, but in this trailer during warm-ups Lebron looks like he has anorexia. It reminds me the low res slim warm-up jerseys we saw every year for bench players so maybe its just a pre-game player intro issue. Actually in game Lebron CF and body type actually looks just right in this year's next gen in comparison to last year's chubby-faced Lebron.
Other than that it looks slick and sick

Just a friendly reminder for everybody to remain civil here. Almost everybody is doing a fine iob, and we're all welcome to be both excited and critical based on what we've seen thus far. However, we must do so in an adult manner, and not be children towards one another. Again, most are doing just that. There's no reason for the few putz apples (who are easy enough to ban) ruin it for everyone else.
Carry on.

All of these screenshot comparisons aren't even fair because they don't account for what quarter the screens were taken.
A more accurate comparison would be to this image:

The sweat in that 2K14 trailer frame and this screen are much more comparable. The sweat is pretty much the same.
