PS4 MYTeam Domination Loading stuck at 99%

Hey guys..My friend who has been playing on the PS4 has been getting Loading screen which keeps getting stuck at 99% during the MYTeam Domination game (Against the Bucks)...He even waited for 3 hours yet still not finish loading..Any solutions? Poor guy bought VC to pump his squad (Quite stacked now with Melo and Love) but cant play the game and wasting his contracts~~~
