Unlocking free agents

Hi I was wondering how I can unlock the free agents or if I can in 2k15

I used to do it for 2k14/2k13 with red MC but downloading rec MC for 2k15 and it's not the same

I'm interested to see who 2k has hidden in the FA pool and I would like to basically have a larger FA pool for myGM
