crash at 99% my carreer loading [ pc, steam]

Hi guys
i got a problem and hopefully u can help me.
i bought 2k15 last week, i started a mycareer mode, and get to 10 days concrat with utah.
after couple of games , when i turned on the game ,picked my career and then i saw first issue - the loadin was very slow
when it comes up to 99% the loading circle stops and it lag my entire pc , had to wait like 5 min to get it to optimal.
now it is happening all the time. i reinstalled the game , and nothing changes and i check files in steam library aswell.
please help and sorry bout my english but i hope that u can understand my issue.

The loading is slow on every plattform. Maybe your PC is not good enough and you have to turn down the settings (lags)!? When is stops at 99% at MYPARK you have to wait a few minutes, or start the game new!

Well , i set graphics to lowest as possible and it actually works , now i have to try max able settings for me.
But intresting thing is , that its previously works at almost maximum graph settings without any issues.
So if there is someone able to explain that ,would be great. Anyway thank you for help.

What are your PC's specs?

AMD Phenom II X4 955 proc 3.20 ghz
RAM : 4GB
Graph: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460
System : Windows 7 64

Well, you're not going to be able to max out the settings and get a great performance with those specs, but it shouldn't be crashing. Odd.

i know that i cant play on max. but i played on medium previously and it works. and now i can not.
And what i should actually change in specs? Add more RAM maybe?

A faster processor, and a better video card.
