No Player Models

Imported my version of Kobe into greg's explorer and applied and did all of those things, launched the game and player models suddenly became invisible, even in games, from blacktop to quick game. Anyone know why?

This is why you make backups...

I put the old Kobe file in there and still didn't do anything, so I just reinstalled the game, all fixed. Redid import and my texture went in perfectly.
