Online league - 4th quater lag - imposible to play

Hi.
I've played in online league with friends on steam. I've played only one full game because there's something wrong with this game. When 4q begins it's imposible to play because of lagging. It's not only my problem but other had this too. Any thoughts, solution maybe?
